Concept2 RowErgs, BikeErgs, and SkiErgs are simple machines that still need commercial-grade maintenance: chain and bungee service, flywheel and damper cleaning, PM5 monitor diagnostics, and seat roller replacement. Listed technicians fold Concept2 fleets into broader facility PM programs.

Submit a request for EquipFix Pro to review. Eligible Pro subscribers may receive email alerts; this does not notify every listed company or guarantee a quote.
Planning commercial Concept2 repair or maintenance
Include the model and serial number, console error or symptom, equipment count, and facility ZIP code in your request. For a mixed fleet, list each brand and identify which machines are out of service. Ask the company to confirm diagnostic charges, travel fees, parts availability, and parts and labor warranty terms before approving work. EquipFix Pro is a directory, not the manufacturer or an authorized service center; a brand listing does not establish manufacturer authorization.
For scheduled maintenance, discuss usage levels, inspection records and the applicable manufacturer schedule. For unsafe equipment, stop use and confirm next steps directly with a qualified service company. Submitting a request does not guarantee a response or visit.
How often should commercial Concept2 rowers be serviced?+
Every 250 hours of use or quarterly in busy facilities: chain oiling, bungee tension, flywheel and damper cleaning, and monitor firmware checks.
Can PM5 monitors be repaired?+
Monitors are usually diagnosed on site — battery, cable, and sensor faults are field-fixable; failed boards are replaced with OEM units.
Are Concept2 parts OEM?+
Ask the company to confirm whether proposed chains, bungees, rollers, and monitors are OEM, along with availability and warranty terms, before approving work.
Can rowers be added to an existing PM contract?+
Yes — most companies price ergs per unit as an add-on line to a cardio and strength PM agreement.
