Terms of Service

EquipFix Pro is an online directory and lead-connection service for commercial fitness equipment repair and maintenance. We connect facilities — hotels, gyms, universities, corporate wellness centers, and multifamily communities — with independent service companies.

EquipFix Pro is not a repair company and does not perform, warrant, or guarantee any repair or maintenance work. Any agreement for services is strictly between the facility and the service company.

When you submit a quote request, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may share it with service companies in our network so they can respond. Submitting a request does not create a contract for services.

Service companies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including contact details, service areas, certifications, and brand coverage. Claiming a listing requires that you are authorized to represent the business.

Pro subscriptions include a free first month, then are billed monthly at $49 per month and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or associated with fraudulent activity.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or fraudulent quote requests, scrape or harvest listing data, or interfere with the operation of the service.

The directory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse any service company and are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any work performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquipFix Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from services performed by listed companies.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@equipfixpro.app.
